Denise Hollis
Nurse Practitioner
|
Denise was born in Ohio and moved to Florida when she was twelve. She knew after her first Anatomy and Physiology class in High School that she wanted to work in the medical field. Directly after High School she enrolled in a community college in Ft. Pierce and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing.
She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Trauma Department in Anchorage Alaska for the next 6 years. However, she had a calling to do more. She went back to college and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She moved home to Florida in 1999 and continued to work for another four years in the emergency setting. Still, she felt called to continue her education. Therefore, Denise worked diligently and earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She became board certified in Family Practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and began her new career. She spent her first year out of graduate school working for a very fast paced interventional cardiology practice but soon realized she wanted to pursue a career in the cosmetic industry.
For the next four years she worked side by side with the President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons training diligently to provide a level of aesthetic excellence . She eventually decided to branch off on her own which led her to the Orlando area where she opened a quaint skincare and cosmetic injection boutique.
Denise's never ending desire to grow, change and pursue excellence not only for herself but for her clients led her to SaJune Institute for Restorative and Regenerative Medicine she recently became certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and intends to incorporate this paradigm into her philosophy of living a balanced, beautiful, and healthy lifestyle.
